Join us for a group surf lesson on Praia da Rocha, one of Portugal's most renowned surf spots! Located along the breathtaking Algarve coastline, Praia da Rocha offers ideal conditions for beginners and intermediate surfers alike. With consistent waves and gentle breaks, this beach is perfect for those looking to learn the basics or improve their skills.
With small group sizes limited to six participants per instructor, you will receive personalised attention and guidance from our experienced surf coaches. Join us and experience the thrill of surfing in a safe and supportive environment!
The course will include a total of 1h 30m in the water plus 30 minutes of warm-up and theory.Meeting and preparation
We will meet you at our surf school on Praia da Rocha. There is parking available in front of our surf school for those who come by car. Please make sure to arrive 5 minutes before the start of your lesson so you have enough time to get changed and store your valuables. After that, we will provide you with a wetsuit and the right surfboard for your level and head to the beach together for the lesson.Start time
The start time can change depending on the tides, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. The exact start times are available one day in advance. We will inform you in time after you have completed the booking.Course content

Do I need to be a good swimmer, and what's the minimum age?
You need to know how to swim to participate. The minimum age for the surf lessons is 6 years.
Why can the time of my lesson change, and how big is the group?
The start time depends on the tides. The exact time is confirmed one day in advance. The groups are kept small, with a maximum of six participants per instructor.
Is equipment included, and what do I need to bring?
A wetsuit and a surfboard are included. You should bring your own swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and some water.
