Everything was extremely smooth from start to finish, including the equipment rental. The staff were very helpful, fast, and professional, which made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Simona, my instructor, was absolutely wonderful – kind, friendly, and very patient. Her teaching was clear and encouraging, and she created a great atmosphere on the slopes. I enjoyed every single moment, even though it was my very first time skiing.
