Our instructor was clearly very experienced and open minded. Spoke good English and was very patient the whole time even when we arrived late for the first 2 days. The same goes for the lady working at the desk of the gear rental shack. Made the whole trip very enjoyable and memorable for both me and my girlfriend.

Everything was extremely smooth from start to finish, including the equipment rental. The staff were very helpful, fast, and professional, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Simona, my instructor, was absolutely wonderful – kind, friendly, and very patient. Her teaching was clear and encouraging, and she created a great atmosphere on the slopes. I enjoyed every single moment, even though it was my very first time skiing.

It was amazing, I'm a beginner with some bad practice. During the traning I was able to use the right methods, do turns to each sides and some basic tricks. It was lots of fun, and the instructor was really kind, patient and friendly. I would have found it sooner.
