Tour programme- Preparation:
We meet at our base in Domme at the booked time. There, you will be welcomed by our team who will brief you on the descent, safety instructions and equipment. Then you leave directly from our base for the descent.
- Tour:
Alone in your kayak or with up to 3 people in your canoe, let the adventure begin! You have all the time you need to complete and enjoy the 12 km descent, with its highlights along the way. You even have the option of stopping along the river for a swim, a walk or a picnic. Don't forget to visit La Roque-Gageac, one of the most beautiful villages of France, or Castelnaud and its museum of the War in the Middle Ages. Without breaks, the descent takes about 2.5hrs.
- Return:
From Castelnaud, our shuttle leaves every hour until 6 pm (last departure) to bring you back to our base in Domme.

Highly recommend. Great fun and well organised! We were impressed by the efficiency of this company. We booked online, turned up ahead of our time slot and everything went smoothly. We checked in, had a short briefing, life jackets provided and we were off on our trip down The Dordogne. Paddling is easy, even for us older ones! The rover is fairly shallow and wide.
