Your kids will love our kids' ski lessons in Sölden! Racers between the ages of 4 and 8 can learn to ski in a group with their new skiing friends. During the course, our certified ski instructors naturally focus on fun and games while the small group of a maximum of 8 participants conquer the beautiful slopes of the ski area.
The beginners start in our secured Kinderland directly above the Giggijoch Restaurant. Here they learn the basics such as how to stop safely and make their first turns. As soon as the children are ready to step onto the slopes, they venture onto their first blue runs and continue to refine their technique.
The varied weekly programme is put together individually by our ski instructors, depending on the ability and age of the children. One of the highlights of the children's ski course is our final race with a subsequent award ceremony on Thursday.
Meeting Time
On the first day of the kids' ski lessons, we meet at least 15 minutes in advance of the actual start time at our assembly point at the top station of Giggijochbahn.
Lunch Break
The lunch break takes place from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. During the lunch break, the children and their ski instructors have lunch together. Children for whom no lunchtime supervision has been booked can be picked up in agreement with the ski instructor at 11:30 am for the time of the lunch break. The ski instructor informs the parents about the meeting point for pick-up.
Equipment Rental
If you book including equipment, you can pick up the ski equipment at the Hotel RIDERS IN (Dorfstraße 92, 6450 Sölden) until 6 pm on the day before the lessons start, or at 8 am on the day of the course. On the day of the lesson, the equipment must be picked up by 8:30 am at the latest.
Ski pass
All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass before the first lesson at the ski lift ticket office or at the ski school. You can also buy the ski pass online on the Sölden website, where it is cheaper (the earlier, the cheaper).

The ski school was perfect for our daughter. Small group and super, super friendly ski instructors who took great care of the children. It was a very warm and friendly interaction from registration to the final pick-up. Not only our daughter, but also us parents, felt very taken care of, informed and safe.
At the end of the 4 days, we were able to ski a few slopes together with our daughter.
