Hochsölden - Snowboarding Lessons for Kids (9-15 y.)

Our snowboarding lessons for kids in Sölden turn all young boarders between 9 and 15 years into true piste stars in just a few days. Thanks to our lessons in small groups with a maximum of 8 participants and specially adapted course times that reduce waiting times, your kids can fully enjoy their time on the slopes.

For beginners, the snowboarding lessons take place in our safe Kinderland directly above the Giggijoch Restaurant. Here, our experienced snowboard instructors teach the children the basics of snowboarding with a lot of fun and motivation.
Kids who are ready to step onto the piste can explore the slopes of Sölden and refine their technique during their snowboarding lessons for kids.

The diverse weekly programme is put together individually by our snowboard instructors according to the ability and age of the children. Among the highlights of the snowboarding lessons for kids are piste freestyle and easy jumps for advanced boarders, a photoshoot, the glacier round and our final race with an award ceremony on Thursday.

Meeting Time
On the first day of the snowboarding lessons, we meet at least 15 minutes in advance of the actual start time at our assembly point at the top station of Giggijochbahn.

Lunch Break
The lunch break takes place from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. During the lunch break, the children and their snowboard instructors have lunch together. Children for whom no lunchtime supervision has been booked can be picked up in agreement with the snowboard instructor at 11:30 am for the time of the lunch break. The snowboard instructor informs the parents about the meeting point for pick-up.

Equipment Rental
If you book including equipment, you can pick up the ski equipment at the Tyrolerhof Hotel (Dorfstraße 70, 6450 Sölden) until 6 pm on the day before the course starts, or at 8 am on the day of the course. On the day of the course, the equipment must be picked up by 8:30 am at the latest.

Ski pass
All snowboarders need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass before the first lesson at the ski lift ticket office or at the ski school. You can also buy the ski pass online on the Sölden website, where it is cheaper (the earlier, the cheaper).
