Details
Our kids ski lessons in Axamer Lizum offer all young skiers from the age of 4 the opportunity to significantly improve their skiing skills just 19 kilometres from Innsbruck. To meet all their needs, we offer a choice between full-day lessons (4 hours) and 2-hour morning lessons.
In small groups from 3 participants per instructor, that are divided according to age and level, our experienced children's ski instructors take care of the young skiers and ensure a dynamic course programme, which guarantees a lot of fun. While beginners practice the basics in the Kinderland and on the practice slope, advanced skiers will explore the various slopes of the ski resort and improve their technique together with their new friends.
Every Thursday at 10:00 am there is an exciting final race, during which the young slope racers can show what they have learned. In addition, all participants receive a certificate and a medal as a souvenir of their ski lessons Axamer Lizum. As the safety of your little ones is our top priority, everyone is required to wear a helmet during the lessons.
Meeting Time
We meet 15 minutes before the start of the lessons at our assembly point directly in front of the ski school building at the Schönboden cable car bottom station.

We booked a 3-day ski course for our daughter (5 years old). During those three days, we had two ski instructors, Noah and Theresa, and they were fantastic. Although our daughter was very unmotivated (in a bad mood) on the first day, Noah was incredibly empathetic and catered to her needs perfectly. On the second and third days, she learned so much that she could ski down simple hills with turns and perfect braking. A big advantage was that it was only a small group of three.
