Via Ferrata in Barranco El Berriel - A Beginner's Adventure

This 4-hour adrenaline-inducing via ferrata is a great challenge for those who love heights. Our via ferrata in the Canyon El Berriel offers several vertical climbs up steep rock faces. As you hike and climb, you will feel an instant rush that will help you reach the top and allow you to enjoy the spectacular views of the island.

Tour programme
- Preparation:
We meet at our base, 10 minutes before the start of the activity. A free pick-up service is available at several points around the island, so if you can't make it to our base, we will pick you up from there (pick-up locations are listed in your booking confirmation). As soon as we are all in the van, we will drive up to the starting point. After parking, we will put on all the necessary equipment. We start by walking for 15-20 minutes until we reach the beginning of the via ferrata. As we walk, our guide will carry out an introduction to the activity.
- Tour:
Before starting our hike, the guide will walk you through the safety measures and check that everything is in order. Now the fun begins! Secured to an iron wire, we will climb for 1.5 hours, passing by many obstacles for which you will need a lot of energy and focus!
Along the way, we will stop to enjoy the view and take some nice pictures. When we reach the top, we will sit back and relax while enjoying the view and eat a well-deserved Canarian banana.
- Return:
After almost four hours, we will head back to our van and drop you off at the same place we picked you up from.
