Surf Lessons for Kids (6-8 y.) on Messanges South Beach

The youngest also have the right to their surfing lessons! On the south beach of Messanges, in the heart of the Landes region, we offer surfing lessons designed for children between 6 and 8 years old. They include equipment adapted to their young age (foam board, child-sized wetsuit) but above all a flexible duration between 1 and 1.5 hours, to be chosen according to their stamina. Children are supervised by a state-qualified surf instructor in groups of up to 8, to progress more quickly. Our teaching methods are based on games and challenges, allowing children to learn the basics such as standing up, improving their balance or simply understanding the safety rules. Whether you choose one session or one week, expect lots of progress and fun!

Meeting & Preparation We are waiting for you at our school's base on the south beach of Messanges 15 minutes before the start of your surfing lesson. Your child will be able to change on site and put their personal belongings in our lockers. Then we will give them the equipment before heading near the shore for the start of the session.

Start time The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. We will inform you in time after you have completed the booking.
