Details
Baron Gautsch, sunken in 1914, carrying the families of Austrian officers on the Boka Kotorska-Mali Lošinj-Trieste route, is a great choice for your next scuba diving adventure. The ship sunk due to an accident in a minefield, where it tried to take a shortcut. Today, the wreck allows scuba divers to explore the fascinating underwater world around Baron Gautsch that has evolved over time. One of the highlights is the incredible amount of fish that inhabit the wreck. So, for experienced divers, there is a lot to see. Join us and discover one of Croatia's underwater museums in the Pula region!
Programme
For our Wreck Diving experiences, we usually meet around 08:00 am for the morning dives and around 1:00 pm for afternoon dives at our base in Pula. The starting times may vary slightly, but you will be informed 1 day in advance. So please plan some extra time. If you don't owe your own diving gear, we will find the right-sized one for you before we head to the beautiful underwater world full of history. We are located directly at the beach, which is why we can get us onto the boat quickly. In the water, you will explore Baron Gautsch from all different perspectives. Upon return, you can take a seat in our garden or visit one of the restaurants nearby.
