Dolphin & Whale Watching Catamaran Tour from Funchal

Come, get on our luxury catamaran, feel the Atlantic Ocean breeze of Madeira, and be prepared to spot marine wildlife such as dolphins, whales, and turtles. We will sail up to 6 miles out of the Funchal Bay keeping attention to detect wild animals swimming and jumping their way through the beautiful deep blue water. Our marine biologists on board are happy to inform you of everything you are interested in about the ocean wildlife on Madeira.

Cabo Girão is one of the highest cliffs on earth and provides an incredible view from the boat. Here we will do a stop and during our summer trips, we will allow you to jump into the water for swimming or snorkeling. On our way back to Funchal, we sail along the southern coastline and pass by beautiful spots, such as the small fishing village Camara de Lobos or the well-known Reid's Hotel, where Winston Churchill was a regular guest.

Departure & Return
We are doing our dolphin & whale watching tours every day in summer, as well as in winter. Make sure you arrive a bit earlier than the starting time at our office in the Marina do Funchal. The trip lasts 2.5 to 3 hours and takes you up to 6 miles out of the Funchal Bay, sailing back to the starting point on the southern coast of Madeira.
