The La Maddalena Archipelago National Park is a gem to be explored in comfort and tranquillity. On board Virginia – VIP Deck, you'll experience this paradise in an exclusive setting reserved for adults and teens over 11, far from the crowds.
We depart from Baja Sardinia and sail north, passing the iconic Bear Rock. The first stop is at Cala dell’Amore, a secluded bay where you can relax, swim, and snorkel for an hour.
We’ll then head to the stunning Natural Pools of Porto della Madonna, where we stop for 90 minutes. You’ll also have the option to join a mini dinghy tour to discover hidden coves only accessible by small boats.
Our final stop is at La Maddalena, where you’ll have one hour to explore the historic center or join a dinghy tour along Caprera’s western coast.

The boat will depart from Baja Sardinia at 9 am. We will meet at our desk to check you in, and then we will walk together to the boat. Due to limited parking facilities, we recommend boarding here only if you are based in Baja Sardinia.

Beware of extras... to get the equivalent of other boat tours, you have to pay approximately €40 per person in additional fees not mentioned when booking.

Fabulous day out, stopped at beautiful places! Personally I would have preferred another beach stop for swimming than the town visit but I would still book again. My only negative would be getting back on the boat from the sea, it’s extremely difficult for older people (over 55!) to get themselves back on the ramp. There was a ladder folded away on the side of the boat but that wasn’t offered for use. Some form of steps is definitely needed. Otherwise lovely crew, amazing coffee and great day out!
