The overall experience was positive (the caves are incredible). I just want to highlight how unfriendly the Navisarda staff were. First, they wouldn't accept mobile tickets (even though their website says it's allowed). I had to go and get them to exchange it for a paper ticket. Once the boat was moored for the cave entrance, it rocked a lot and turned out to be quite dangerous, as there were many elderly people taking the boat to avoid descending the 634 steps. No one from the crew offered any help, and on top of that, they rushed us in a rude manner. A nightmare.
And finally, the time allotted for visiting the cave is extremely limited (you're rushing around and there's hardly any time for anything if you're with someone of a certain age). Despite everything, the cave is wonderful.
