Observe Portofino from a unique perspective with our kayak tour at sunset with aperitif. Enjoy the golden hour paddling on a kayak, surrounded by the fantastic scenery of the Portofino bay. We will discover the coast, reach the lighthouse, and also get the chance to swim close to the cliffs behind the promontory. Once back to our base, relax with an apéritif on our terrace overlooking the sea.
Tour programme- Preparation:
We will meet at our base on Niasca beach 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Please reach us by using public transport. You can leave your belongings in our lockers, but we advise you not to bring any valuable item. Here, in groups of maximum 16 people, we will put on the equipment and have a quick briefing. After having learned the basics of kayaking, we will head towards the sea.
- Tour:
We will paddle along the rocky coast of the Portofino Marine Protected Area, with the warm colours of the sunset. You will be mesmerized by the view of Portofino by sea, with its colourful houses nestled around its small beach! We will then continue along the promontory, reach the lighthouse and go around it. Once we arrive close to the cliffs, we will enjoy a refreshing swim with a view of the little S. Giorgio Church in the distance.
- Return:
After having admired the wild coast behind the Lighthouse, we will paddle back towards our base on Niasca beach. Here you will enjoy an apéritif on our terrace overlooking the sea, based on focaccia and local organic wine. You can also have a hot shower, but only using an eco-friendly soap.

Will I be in the same boat as my friends, and how do I book a kayak for two?
The provider has single and double kayaks available. To be in the same boat, you should book a two-seater kayak.
How big is the group, and is transport to/from the starting point provided?
The groups consist of a maximum of 16 people. You have to make your own way to the meeting point, which you can reach by public transport or on foot.
Where can I store my valuables during the tour?
You can leave your belongings in the lockers at the base. However, it is recommended not to bring any valuables. A waterproof container can be rented on site for a fee.
Are there any requirements to participate?
