Speedboat Trip to Pirate Cave & Red Island

Enjoy the morning sun while visiting the most beautiful spots around Rovinj during our speedboat trip to the Pirate Cave and the Red Island! Our professional skipper will show you around the area on board of our modern speedboat.

You can embark on the boat either at the tourist resort Villas Rubin or at the north port of Valdibora. We will cruise along the old town of Rovinj, where you can see the typical houses along the waterside. Then it is time to go towards our first stop, the famous Pirate Cave. Here you have around 30 minutes to explore the cave, that is supposedly named after Captain Morgan who travelled to this area, or dive into the crystal-blue water.

Afterwards, we will travel to the biggest island of the Rovinj Archipelago, the Red Island. It consists of 2 artificially connected islands: St. Andrew Island and Maškin Island. Here, in one of the most beautiful bays of the area, you will have a 1-hour break for another swim and the possibility to snorkel. And don't forget to eat a delicious croissant and some fruit, or get some cold juice that are provided during the trip!

After approximately 3.5 hours, you will return to the starting point. Here we will say goodbye, and hopefully see you again the next time you are in the neighbourhood!

How to get there
We meet 15 minutes before departure either at Villas Rubin or Valdibora. There are car parks nearby both meeting points. After approximately 4 hours, you will return to your starting point.
