Details
Come aboard our magnificent boats for a catamaran trip in the Gulf of Morbihan and the island of Houat! From the village of Baden, we will navigate in the Gulf of Morbihan to discover the many islands that make it up. According to legend, the gulf was formed by the tears of fairies, who were once chased out of the forest of Broceliande. On board our boat, you will be able to admire the wild fauna and flora, and if we are lucky, we may see cormorants or grey herons! Then, we will leave this magical landscape, to reach the island of Houat.
We will stop for at least 3 hours on the island. There, you will be free to do whatever you want! First of all, we advise you to go to a restaurant to taste the local specialities of Brittany. You can also enjoy your own picnic on one of the many sandy beaches.
As the island of Houat is one of the richest geographical areas for wild plants, we suggest you venture out on the footpath along the coast. However, other equally enjoyable activities are also possible: visit the small church in the centre of the village or go for a swim in the clear waters of the Plage de la Fontaine. When everyone is back on the boat, we will serve you a tasty aperitif, with planter's punch and fried fish, while we head back to Baden.
