Details
Join us on an adventure to see the rare Caretta turtles! On our boat trip around Laganas Bay, you can observe and photograph the rare animals. Every year, the turtles lay and bury over 1,000 eggs on a nearby island, which is why many turtles can be seen, especially in the summer months.
We start in Agios Sostis and head straight for Laganas Bay. While we are looking for the turtles, or as soon as we have found some, we put special emphasis on the rules of the national park to protect these wonderful animals. After this magical experience, we head back to the harbour.
Departure & Return
We meet at the port of Agios Sostis 30 minutes before departure. If you are arriving by car, there is ample free parking at the port. We also offer a free hotel transfer from Laganas and Kalamaki, which can be arranged after booking. If you live further away, we can arrange a transfer for an extra charge (to be paid on site).
