Biathlon Lessons for All Levels (from 14 y.)

Inhale... Hold your breath! Shot!!!

Whether lying down or standing, take aim on the mats where the pros shoot, just like at the European Championship 2022 in the Hohenzollern Ski Stadium. With these biathlon lessons for all levels, you can demonstrate both your muscles and steady hands. You will see biathlon on TV with a new perspective after you have tried it yourself.

No prior knowledge or shooting experience is necessary, but you must be at least 14 years old. Our trained instructors will teach you the basics and help you improve your technique. You will receive a stadium tour and instruction on handling the small-caliber rifle, learning how to load ammunition and master the proper breathing technique while shooting. Your safety is of highest priority, which is why each lesson includes a briefing.

During the Trial Lesson, we will only practice the shooting technique. The workshop also includes a cross country skiing lesson. The small-caliber rifle and ammunition will be provided on-site for the course after the introduction to firearm handling. You can rent skate skis or roller skis from us. At the end of each course, you will receive a diploma.

Clothing: Workshop involves changing clothes. Otherwise, we recommend weather-appropriate athletic clothing and headgear, as it is often windy at the Arber.

Meeting Time
We meet 15 minutes before the start of the lessons at the ski hut of Schneider events, near the Hohenzollern Skistadion.
