Join us in discovering the wonders of the heel of Italy with our boat trip to the Adriatic and Ionian caves from Santa Maria di Leuca. You can admire the marvellous rock formations and beautiful caves, and also dive into the Salento's famous crystal-clear waters during two swimming stops.
We will depart from the touristic port of Santa Maria di Leuca and cruise towards the Adriatic side. We will pass Punta Meliso, where the two seas join, and admire the magnificent Leuca Lighthouse. Furthermore, we will make a brief stop at Grotta Cazzafri, with its three magnificent arches, and then continue towards Grotta Terradico, the small Verdusella and Grotta del Soffio, where you will be able to feel the breath of the sea. Moreover, we will then navigate in the direction of the splendid Grotta della Vora, characterized by a hole at the top through which the sun penetrates, creating wonderful plays of light. We will then make a stop for swimming in the turquoise water of the caves.
As we move towards the Ionian side, we will offer a light apéritif with drinks and snacks. We will then reach Grotta Porcinara, near Punta Ristola, carved by man in ancient times for the worship of pagan gods, immediately followed by Grotta del Diavolo. The tour continues with Grotta del Fiume, which has a freshwater spring inside, the wonderful Grotta delle Tre Porte, Caverna dei Giganti, Grotta della Stalla and the majestic Grotta del Drago. During the tour, we will stop for swimming in the crystal-clear water at the entrance of the caves. When our tour is over, we will return to the port of Santa Maria di Leuca.
