At the port of Belém, you will meet the skipper ready to welcome you on the boat and give you advice on a possible itinerary to follow. During the navigation, you will be provided with an e-book where you will find the history and information regarding the city's most celebrated attractions, starting with the famous Tower of Belém, an old control tower, a symbol of the commercial importance that the Portuguese capital possessed in the past. We recommend heading along the east side of the coast, where we will observe the imposing Discoveries Monument, built in the 1960s in memory of one of the country's greatest navigators, Henry the Navigator. Continuing on, we will come across the MAAT (Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology) and the Electricity Museum, with their modern architecture intertwined with the historic towers and battlements of the old city. We will also catch a glimpse of the medieval-era Old Cathedral, all the way to the Alfama district, one of the most characteristic and ancient areas of Lisbon, which is distinguished by its steep cobbled streets and historic buildings. We will then return to our starting point while admiring a beautiful sunset.
