These adult ski lessons for beginners are ideal for skiers who have little or no skiing experience.
We offer courses on the Rinderkopf in Torfhaus, in the Sonnenberg ski area and on the Wurmberg in Braunlage. These ski areas are ideal for beginners.
You will learn how to ski and stop safely on the slopes and how to use the ski lift independently. More advanced skiers can improve their skiing technique and learn how to ski parallel. After just a short time, you will be able to master easy and intermediate slopes.
Our trained and friendly ski instructors will divide you into groups of a maximum of 8 people, depending on your ability.
Meeting point
We meet 30 minutes before the course starts at the ski school flag at the Sonnenberg car park. Please have your booking confirmation ready to show before the lesson begins.
Ski pass
All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the course. You can buy the ski pass at the respective lift station.
Good to know
In case the minimum number of 4 participants is not reached, the duration of the lesson will be adapted or shortened.
I booked a ski course for adult beginners. The course itself was very good, and the ski instructor was competent and patient. I learned a lot and can now ski on easy slopes independently and safely, which is a great success for me.
It was a bit of a shame, however, that children also participated in the course, even though it was advertised as an adult course. This often led to delays, as the children were understandably more shy and needed more individual attention. For adults who want to learn efficiently and quickly, this can be somewhat frustrating, as they probably could have learned more in that time.
Overall, though, the ski course was of very high quality, and I would generally recommend the ski school – ideally with a clearer separation between children's and adult courses.
