What to Expect
Our ski lessons in Megève are designed for children aged 4 to 6 who have already taken their first steps on skis. With an age-appropriate approach, we help them gain confidence while discovering the basics of skiing in a relaxed and supportive setting. Instructors introduce simple techniques such as speed control in snowplough, smooth turns on green slopes, and the early stages of parallel skiing.
The slopes around the Jaillet provide a calm environment for learning, with quiet beginner areas and plenty of room to practise at their own pace. After a morning on skis, the day continues with outdoor activities that let children explore the mountain in a playful way. Snowshoe walks, igloo building, sledging, treasure hunts, and similar activities keep the afternoons varied and enjoyable.
Lessons take place in small groups of up to 6 children, creating a friendly atmosphere where everyone receives personal attention and develops steadily throughout the week. At the end of the course, each child receives a booklet and a medal to highlight their progress and celebrate what they have achieved.
Meeting Time
We meet at our office, near the Novotel Hotel, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.
Lunch Care
During the lunch break from 12:00 to 14:00, our instructors will be happy to take care of your kids. A delicious meal is also included.
Ski Pass
The ski pass is free for children under 5 years old, but it must be collected at the ski lift ticket office before the first lesson. All participants need a valid ski pass from the first day of the lessons, which can be purchased at the ski lift ticket office or online in advance.

For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand
Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson
During our courses we are always wearing a helmet
If you have food restrictions or allergies, please contact the ski school in advance, so we can arrange a meal according to your diet
