What to Expect

Introduce your little ones to skiing in Megève with private lessons designed for children from the age of 2. Ideal for first-timers or those who have tried skiing a few times, each session is tailored to their pace and abilities. Experienced instructors guide children individually as they learn to handle their skis, make their first turns, and gain confidence on gentle slopes in a safe and playful environment.

Parents can also book a small private group of up to 6 children of similar levels, allowing youngsters to ski together while still receiving personalised attention. Instructors adapt each session to the child or group, keeping lessons engaging, encouraging, and focused on steady progress.

Megève’s gentle slopes and alpine surroundings provide the perfect setting for young skiers to build skills, enjoy the snow, and experience the joy of skiing for the first time.

Meeting Time

We meet at the blue Oxygène flags, located between the Mont d’Arbois cable car and the PT Vorasset drag lift, where our children’s area is situated, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

Children under 5 years old don’t need a ski pass for lessons, but all skiers aged 5 and above must have a ski pass from the first day. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• The whole family can join the private lessons together, as long as everyone has a similar skill level

• The maximum group size is 6 participants per group
