Private Ski Lessons for Kids (from 5 y.) of All Levels - Oberhof

Our private kids ski lessons are specially designed for young skiers of all levels, starting from 5 years old, providing individually tailored instruction to suit their unique needs and abilities in the ski resort Oberhof, Germany. Our DSLV certified instructors make sure to support your kids in reaching their personal goals.

Depending on their experience, the kids will either utilize the region's excellent beginner slopes, including the dedicated beginner's area "Winterlernland" with a magic carpet for initial skiing lessons, or explore more challenging descents. For beginners, the focus is on acquiring essential skills such as learning about equipment, gliding and braking in a snowplough, practicing snowplough turns, and mastering the use of a ski lift, gradually progressing to confidently ski on gentle slopes. Advanced kids will refine their skills with a focus on parallel turns and improving their posture.

Meeting point
We meet 15 minutes before the start of the lessons at our ski rental shop Skiverleih Talstation Snowpark Oberhof. If you need to pick up rental equipment, please make sure to do so at least 1 hour in advance.

Lunch break
If you book 4 hours, we ask the parents to pick up their children at the meeting point at 12 pm. Please make sure to return to the meeting point before 1 pm to avoid waiting times.

Ski pass
All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office before the first lesson.
