You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.

You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.

Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.

Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.

Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.

The lessons are organized in small groups with a maximum of 7 participants.

Please come by the office at least 1 hour in advance to check in and pick up the vests for the kids. On the first day, the group meets 15 minutes before the lesson starts.

There is no lunchtime care or meal provided. If you booked a 4-hour lesson, there is a lunch break from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, during which parents must pick up their children and bring them back on time.

No, ski equipment is not included. Participants need to bring their own equipment.

In the dedicated "Kinderland" area equipped with a magic carpet, children playfully learn the basics of skiing, including skiing in a plough, attempting their first turns, and mastering safe stopping techniques.
