Embark on an unforgettable 2-day-canoe-kayak excursion through the breathtaking landscapes of the Gorges du Tarn, suitable for families and solo adventurers. Departing from Castelbouc, paddle through charming villages such as Sainte-Énimie and Saint-Chély-du-Tarn, passing waterfalls and troglodyte hamlets. Camping spots will be available along your route, offering the opportunity to spend the night in the great outdoors (or not). On the second day, continue your downstream adventure in a canoe-kayak, covering a total distance of 29 kilometers. Marvel at the imposing cliffs of the Straits canyon and navigate among the whimsical rock formations of Cirque des Baumes.

15 minutes before the booked time. Free parking is available on site. Our team will greet you and provide you with the equipment as well as safety instructions to carry out the activity without risks. The departure is from our base at
Castelbouc directly.
- Tour:During this two-day canoe-kayak adventure, depart from Castelbouc and traverse picturesque villages such as Prades, Sainte-Énimie, and Saint-Chély-du-Tarn, skirt along the troglodyte hamlets of Pougnadoires and Hauterives, discover the charm of the village of La Malène, navigate through the famous Détroits canyon, reach the hamlet of La Croze by crossing the Tarn, and conclude with the exploration of the majestic Cirque des Baumes.
- Return:After approximately 4 hours of paddling each day for two days, you will arrive at Les Baumes Basses by late afternoon, where a shuttle will be waiting for you to return you to your vehicle.
