What to Expect
Embark for an afternoon excursion to the Desert of the Agriates for some snorkeling and swimming directly there! Our trip will begin with the picturesque Lighthouse of Pietra, where you can enjoy stunning views and take photos of the surrounding seascape. This landmark is known for its historical significance and serves therefore as a perfect starting point for our adventure. Next, we will navigate towards the majestic Genoese tower of Île-Rousse, a relic of the island's rich history. The tower offers a glimpse into the island's strategic significance during the Genoese period.
Our main destination, the Desert of the Agriates, awaits us then with its untouched beauty. We will make a first stop at the serene Ostriconi Beach, before heading to the pristine Saleccia Beach. We will stop for a total of almost one hour at one or both of these beaches. There, you will be able to relax on the soft sands, go for a refreshing swim or do some snorkeling with the provided equipment. The crystal-clear waters and diverse marine life make it a snorkeler's paradise.
