We meet at the Illa de Mar port 10 minutes before the booked time. Upon arrival, we begin with the preparation. Safety is our priority, so before heading into the water, you'll receive a briefing on how to handle the kayak and paddle, as well as the paddle surfboard. We'll also cover safety procedures at sea. Our group can include up to 50 participants, with one instructor for every 10 participants. You will then be grouped into smaller teams based on your choice of kayak or paddle surfboard. This setup allows you to easily meet other participants and receive personalized attention.
-Tour:
The tour starts at the Illa de Mar port, a picturesque fishing port. Here, you can observe the fishermen at work with their seafood. During the route, you'll see one of the most impressive architectural symbols of the Delta del Ebro: the Fangar Lighthouse. This majestic lighthouse, standing 20 meters tall, rises in the middle of a desert of dunes, offering spectacular views. Next, we’ll take a 30-60 minute break at Mirador Bahía, a restaurant located on the structure of the mussel beds in the middle of the bay, accessible only by boat. Here, you can enjoy a refreshment and taste cava or wine and mussels for an additional €8 (not included in the tour price). The restaurant features a platform and a slide for children and adults to enjoy the water. Additionally, it has a strategic viewpoint where you can observe aquatic birds such as flamingos, herons, ducks, and coots, providing incredible views from the highest point in the bay.
