What to Expect

Embark on our boat for a trip around the Oléron island to admire some of its greatest must-sees, including Fort Boyard and the island of Aix, with a stopover there! Departing from La Cotinière, we will first head towards the northern tip of the island, passing by the striking Pointe de Chassiron, known for its iconic lighthouse. The journey will continue past the mysterious Rocher d'Antioche, a rock formation steeped in local legends and tales of shipwrecks.

The highlight of the trip will undoubtedly be the majestic Fort Boyard, a historic sea fort that has become an emblematic symbol of the region. After admiring the fort, the boat will take you to the charming island of Aix where you will have approximately between 3 and 5 hours to explore the island, depending on the tide. There, you will be able to indulge in a variety of activities such as having lunch at one of the local restaurants, going for a scenic walk, or simply relaxing at the beach.

On the return trip, you will pass under the impressive Pont d'Oléron and navigate through the picturesque Pertuis de Maumusson before arriving back at La Cotinière. You will be on a comfortable RIB boat, which offers a smooth ride. This tour is ideal for everyone who wants to discover our beautiful region.
