What to Expect

Embark on a Jeep tour to discover the traditional life of Crete through local activities and mythological sites like the Cave of Zeus! Our first stop is the lush village of Potamies, where we will visit a traditional Shepherd’s Farm to witness cheese making and goat milking, and taste fresh products. This charming village offers a unique glimpse into the pastoral life of Crete, making it a must-see for those interested in local traditions.

Next, we head to the impressive Aposelemis Dam, home to the submerged village of Sfendili and a diverse bird habitat. The dam offers a striking contrast between modern engineering and ancient history, providing spectacular photo opportunities. We then travel to the Embassa Gorge for stunning views and herb collecting, a perfect stop for nature enthusiasts. The journey continues to the Lassithi Plateau, where an optional visit to the Cave of Zeus allows you to explore the mythical birthplace of the god. Afterwards, enjoy a meal in a traditional tavern to savour authentic Cretan cuisine.

Our final stop is the village of Krasi, renowned for its ancient plane trees. This serene village is the perfect place to relax and reflect on your day's adventure. Afterwards, we will return to your hotel with unforgettable experiences!
