About the Activity

What to Expect

Explore the island's southern region with a captivating journey to Trypiti beach. Our Jeep tour begins by heading southward through picturesque traditional settlements, offering a glimpse into the island's hidden beauty and the tranquil, hospitable lifestyle of its locals. At Zaros Lake, a UNESCO Global Geopark nestled amidst the towering peaks of Psiloritis, we pause for a break for walking or drinking a coffee.

Continuing our adventure, we pass ancient monuments spanning pre-Minoan, Minoan, and Roman eras near the valley's edge before descending into the Gorge. Traverse a breathtaking path through forests rich with wild olive trees and native wildlife, abundant with diverse flora and fauna, including numerous wild herbs. Experience thrilling off-roading through the towering vertical rocks of Trypiti Gorge.

Upon reaching Trypiti Beach, take in the serene ambiance and indulge in a swim in the pristine waters. Afterward, savor a lunch of authentic cretan BBQ delicacies accompanied by local wine and water at a forest restaurant. Filled with memorable experiences and traditional flavors, we conclude our journey with a return to your hotel.
