Certify yourself internationally by following the PADI Open Water course. This level is ideal for those planning to dive internationally without a guide up to 18 meters. The course consists of three main parts: Theoretical lessons, Pool dives, and Open water dives. During this 4-day course, you will learn the basics in a controlled environment before advancing to open water sessions. You will dive in the confined sea waters and open waters within the Natural Marine Reserve del Cavet, and your last dive will be in the area of Hospitalet, reaching depths of up to 18 meters.
During the open water dives, you will explore the diverse marine life of the reserve, making it an ideal spot for beginners. The location offers rich underwater fauna and clear waters, ensuring an unforgettable experience. This course is perfect for those who want to start their journey as an Open Water Diver and be able to rent equipment and dive internationally with confidence.

e-Learning:
If you choose the eLearning option, we will send you the access details to the online study programme which you will complete before the start date of your course. On the first day of your course, just come down to the dive centre and show us the confirmation slip you received from the eLearning platform to show us that you have successfully completed the theoretical part of the PADI Open Water Diver course. Then, you can move straight on to the practical part of your scuba diving experience.
On-site Theory Lecture:
If you choose the option to take the theoretical course on-site, you will learn all about scuba diving theory in a classroom setting at the dive centre with one of our instructors.
Practice Sessions:
In both cases, we will meet at the dive centre, at the agreed-upon time, check you in and have you fill out the necessary paperwork, including the PADI Medical Statement. When it gets to your first practical diving sessions in the pool, we will provide you with all the rental equipment you need. The exact schedule of your course is set individually, based on your progress with the theoretical part of the course and on how much time you have to spare during the following days. We will discuss this on your first day at the dive centre.
