What to Expect

Your journey begins at our base in Malia, where you'll receive a detailed introduction and practice session to get comfortable with your top-of-the-line buggy. Then, follow our experienced guide to the archeological site of Minoa palace. Here, a tour guide will show you around the ancient ruins, providing fascinating insights into its history.

Next, drive through the picturesque villages of Sissi, Epano Sissi, and Milatos. At Milatos, you'll explore the impressive Milatos Cave, which spans 2,100 square meters. Inside, discover a small church built in 1935 and a memorial dedicated to those who were slaughtered by the Turks. The journey continues as you ascend the mountain and cross some breathtaking gorges.

The longest stop is at the charming village of Latsida, where you will enjoy lunch at a traditional tavern. Afterward, visit the Vasilakis olive factory in Neapoli for an engaging tour of an award-winning Cretan olive press. Then, head to the village of Vrahasi to explore a beautiful ethnic museum. Your adventure concludes with a relaxing stop at a small, private beach in Malia, before returning to the base. Get ready for an unforgettable 80 km journey through Crete's hidden gems.
