Friendly staff,, you start near the end of the river before it enters the sea, then go upstream 7km to a restaurant for food before turning round and heading back downstream. Going back is easier as you have the river current with you. Best doing it on a warmish day though, as it eas a chilly overcast day in Sept when we did it.
