Friendly staff,, you start near the end of the river before it enters the sea, then go upstream 7km to a restaurant for food before turning round and heading back downstream. Going back is easier as you have the river current with you. Best doing it on a warmish day though, as it eas a chilly overcast day in Sept when we did it.

Our Captain, Ivan, was very accommodating to our requests - like to slow & turn to observe water fowl - and he was willing & able to share local perspectives on different subjects. We stopped so that Ivan could assist a couple who had flooded their outboard motor, for which they were very grateful.
