Join us for an exciting glacier & ice-cave guided tour departing from Gullfoss! Start your adventure at the majestic Gullfoss Waterfall, where our guides will greet you and provide an overview of the tour. From there, board our custom-built Monster Truck Sleipnir, designed to navigate the rugged terrain of the glacier. The vehicle comfortably seats up to 47 passengers and includes large windows for panoramic views.

As we journey towards the Langjökull Glacier, our knowledgeable guides will share captivating stories about the region's geology and history. Upon arrival, you'll have the unique opportunity to step inside a stunning Ice Cave within the glacier. This breathtaking experience allows you to explore the heart of the glacier and capture unforgettable photos of the brilliant blue ice formations.

We then return to the starting point at Gullfoss, wrapping up an awe-inspiring tour. This tour is ideal for adventurous and curious people who want to know more about glaciers.

How to Get There

Head to Road 35 and look for the upper parking area at Gullfoss Waterfall. There, you'll easily spot the "Gullfoss - Panorama Restaurant - Cafe - Shop." If you park in the lower area, don't worry—simply return to the main road and turn right to head uphill. The tour begins and ends at Gullfoss Waterfall. Our transfer bus is parked near the Sleipnir meeting point sign in the parking lot close to Gullfoss Cafe. In the winter, keep an eye out for the large red Monster Glacier Truck. Please make sure to be here 15 minutes before departure.
