What to Expect

Take your kid on an exhilarating skiing experience with our ski lessons for kids of all levels in Valdesquí! Nestled in the stunning Sierra de Guadarrama, Valdesquí is a picturesque resort offering over 30 - 40 km of slopes. The resort is well-equipped with modern facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable time for all visitors.

Our ski lessons are designed for children of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced skiers. Your kid will start with a brief introduction to their ski equipment and learn essential safety measures. They will then progress to mastering their first turns on the gentle slopes of La Bola del Mundo. For more advanced skiers, the lessons will focus on honing skills such as parallel skiing and tackling steeper slopes with confidence.

The lessons are conducted in small groups of up to 8 kids, ensuring personalized attention from our experienced instructors. Throughout the session, your kid will develop a strong foundation in skiing, learning techniques to navigate different terrains safely. By the end of the lesson, your child will have gained not only new skills but also a sense of achievement and a love for the sport.

Meeting Time

We meet at the door of the Valdesquí café, next to the entrance turnstiles, at the foot of the slopes, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson. You will be able to recognize our ski instructors by their marine-blue jacket, with "Skicenter" written on the back.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Please be aware that you need a ski pass to take your kid to the meeting point.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 3 participants

• If the course does not reach the minimum quota, the lesson will be shortened

• Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• In case bad weather prevents the activity from taking place, you will receive a full refund or be able to reschedule the activity
