At the door of the Valdesquí café, next to the entrance turnstiles, at the foot of the slopes (C. Angostura, S/N, 28741 Valdesquí, Madrid)
Take your kid with us on an exhilarating skiing experience with our full day ski lessons for kids from 4 years old to 7 years old for beginners in Valdesquí with lunch care included. Nestled in the heart of the Sierra de Guadarrama, Valdesquí offers a picturesque setting with well-maintained facilities. The resort's gentle slopes are perfect for young beginners, allowing your kid to learn in a safe and controlled environment. With a small group size of 8 children, each participant receives personalised attention from our experienced instructors.
The day begins as your kid gets acquainted with their skiing equipment, learning the basics such as how to put on skis and adjust the bindings. These introductory skills are crucial as they set the stage for a confident start on the slopes. Next, your kid will practice on the resort's bunny slopes, mastering the art of balancing and gliding. These initial steps are designed to instill a sense of balance and control, which are essential for skiing.
As the lesson progresses, your kid will start learning their first turns and how to stop safely. This part of the lesson is vital as it builds their confidence and prepares them for more advanced techniques in the future. After a nourishing lunch break, the afternoon session focuses on refining their newfound skills and exploring the gentle trails of Valdesquí. By the end of the day, your kid will have gained foundational skills and a newfound love for skiing, ready to take on new challenges.
We meet at the door of the Valdesquí café, next to the entrance turnstiles, at the foot of the slopes, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson. You will be able to recognize our ski instructors by their marine-blue jacket, with "Skicenter" written on the back.
During the lunch break, our instructors will look after your children, ensuring they are well-supervised and entertained. Please note that lunch is not included, but it can either be purchased on-site or brought along from home.
All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.
Please be aware that you need a ski pass to take your kid to the meeting point.
