At the parking lot, right at the foot of the slopes (RF5V+R9R Astún, Spain)
Experience the thrill of snowboarding with our lessons for all ages and skill levels in Astún! Nestled in the heart of the Pyrenees, the Astún ski resort boasts over 50 km of beautifully maintained slopes, providing an ideal setting for both beginners and advanced snowboarders. Surrounded by stunning mountain vistas, the resort offers a variety of terrains that cater to all levels of expertise. With cosy lodges and modern facilities, Astún ensures a comfortable and enriching experience for every participant.
During our snowboarding lessons, you will be part of small groups of up to 8 participants, allowing for personalised guidance from our experienced instructors. First-timers will learn essential skills such as balancing, gliding, and getting comfortable with their equipment. For beginners, the focus will be on heel and toe drifting, turning, and mastering the chairlift – all crucial for building confidence on the slopes. Intermediate riders will practice skid turns and begin to explore the basics of carving, while advanced participants will refine their carving skills and delve into freeride and freestyle techniques.
These lessons are designed for kids, teens, and adults alike, providing a supportive environment to enhance skills and enjoy the thrill of snowboarding in the majestic Pyrenean mountains. With the support of our dedicated instructors and the diverse terrain of Astún, you will gain the confidence and ability to tackle steeper slopes and refine your technique. Join us for an unforgettable snowboarding experience that blends learning with the beauty of nature.
We meet at the parking lot, right at the foot of the slopes, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson. You will be able to recognize our ski instructors by their marine-blue jacket, with "Skicenter" written on the back.
All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.
In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.
If you book your ski pass with Skicenter, we offer two easy options: Delivery to your accommodation: we’ll bring your passes the afternoon before, so they’re ready to use. Pick-up at our office: your passes will be prepared in advance, so you don’t need to queue or buy anything extra — they’re ready to go.
