What to Expect
There are many reasons to take one of our adult ski lessons in Avoriaz: discovering winter sports for the first time, getting back into skiing after years, working on and perfecting your skills, overcoming some challenges. Our experienced instructors are here for all these reasons. As well as progressing and refining your technique, you'll be able to explore the Avoriaz and Portes du Soleil area with a connoisseur and like-minded skiers!
The courses we offer welcome 8 participants maximum per instructor, which guarantees you a quality follow-up and a friendly atmosphere. Each group is adapted to a level of experience and the needs of the skiers. You are sure to find the formula that suits you best, from mastering the basics (taking a ski lift, controlling your speed, turning into a snowplough) to the most demanding techniques (carving, skiing in powder, crossing mogul fields). You will have an unforgettable time on our slopes.
Meeting Time
We meet on the first day at our office in Avoriaz, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.
Ski Pass
All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.
From level 3 you will need the ski pass Portes du Soleil.
My two daughters and I had an amazing week of lessons!! We loved it! The whole team at Evolution 2 ski and snowboard school is truly wonderful! Our ski and snowboard instructors were so kind, caring, and always in a good mood. They explain things incredibly well, take their time with you, build your confidence, motivate you, and encourage you! We absolutely loved it! My eldest daughter, 16, who had never skied before, can now ski down blue runs. My younger daughter, 13, who was at the beginner level, has now reached the 2-star level with just 2.5 hours of lessons over a week. And me, who hadn't been on a snowboard or skis for 30 years, I rediscovered all my skills and feel comfortable on the slopes again! I recommend Evolution 2 1000%, and if we come back next year and want to take more lessons to improve even further, we will definitely choose them again! A huge thank you again to Pitt, Coco, Valentin, Charles, and my other snowboard instructor whose name I can't remember 😅 who gave me my first private snowboard lesson. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, thoughtfulness, good humor, and the knowledge and expertise you brought to teaching us so much! See you very soon 😘
