What to Expect

Give your kid an amazing snowboarding experience with our snowboarding lessons for kids from 7 years old until 12 years old in Bansko. Nestled in the stunning Pirin Mountains, Bansko is a renowned ski resort offering a variety of slopes for all skill levels. With over 70 kilometres of ski slopes, its diverse terrain provides the perfect playground for beginners and seasoned snowboarders alike. The resort boasts an excellent range of facilities, including modern ski lifts and cozy lodges, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Our snowboarding lessons cater to all levels, and each group consists of a maximum of 8 children, ensuring personalized attention. The lesson begins with an introduction to the basic snowboarding techniques, where kids learn how to balance on their boards and make their first cautious turns. This foundation is crucial for building confidence and ensuring safety on the slopes. As the lesson progresses, children are introduced to the more advanced skill of parallel turns, enabling them to navigate steeper sections with greater ease and control.

The lesson takes place on the resort’s beginner-friendly slopes, gradually transitioning to more challenging runs as skills develop. Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, your child will learn to master various techniques, refine their style, and conquer steeper terrain. These lessons are perfect for children eager to improve their snowboarding abilities while enjoying the breathtaking winter landscape. Ideal for young snowboarders seeking a fun and educational experience.

Meeting Time

We meet at “Banderishka polyana”- the last gondola station, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson. 25 minutes ride from the bottom station.

Lunch Care

For kids booking the 4-hour option, we kindly ask that parents be present during the lunch break, as our instructors will not be supervising at that time.

Equipment Rental

If you book including equipment, you can conveniently pick it up at our rental shop near our meeting point. We recommend picking up your equipment 60 minutes before the start of the lessons or the day before from 16:00 pm to 18:00 pm at our rental shop.

Ski Pass

All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

Parents need a gondola ticket to take their kid to the meeting point.

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet
