What to Expect

Come and join us on an unforgettable snowboarding experience with our snowboarding lessons for kids from 5 years old to 12 years old in Borovets, in Bulgaria! Nestled in the Rila Mountains, Borovets is Bulgaria's oldest and most popular ski resort, offering a diverse range of slopes and modern facilities. With a mix of gentle beginner runs and challenging trails, the resort provides an ideal setting for young snowboarders to learn and enjoy the snow.

Our snowboarding lessons are designed for beginners and cater specifically to kids from 5 to 12 years old, ensuring they receive the attention they need in small groups of up to 8 children. The lesson starts with an introduction to the equipment, where kids learn to handle their snowboard safely, an essential skill for their confidence and safety on the slopes. As the day progresses, our experienced instructors guide the children through their first turns, teaching them how to balance and glide on the snow. This part of the lesson is crucial for building a solid foundation in snowboarding.

The final part of the lesson takes place on Borovets' renowned green slopes, where kids practice their newfound skills under the watchful eye of our instructors. Here, they learn to navigate the slopes with confidence and control, enabling them to enjoy the thrill of snowboarding. By the end of the lesson, your child will have gained valuable skills and the joy of conquering the slopes. These lessons are ideal for young snowboarders eager to take their first steps on the snow.

Meeting Time

We meet at our office, 30 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

On the first day of the lesson you don’t need a ski pass. Depending on the progress, your instructor will inform you on which day a ski pass is required.

All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Please be aware that you need a ski pass to take your kid to the meeting point.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 3 participants

• Snowboard equipment not included in the lessons

• Please make sure your kid has a snowboard, snowboard boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson
