We meet on the "Petit Trou d'Eau" beach (70 Route de Trou d'Eau), opposite to the "L'UniVert" restaurant
Join us for a pleasant SUP session from La Saline-les-Bains. This course is perfect for nature enthusiasts, families, beginners, couples, and groups, offering a more relaxed experience compared to other water sports. Our sessions are led by experienced instructors with state qualifications, ensuring you get the best guidance as you explore the lagoon.
In a group with a maximum of 12 people, you will have the chance to receive personalized attention during your session, which can last either 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on your preference. The 1-hour course includes an introduction and a ride during which you will learn the basics of stand-up paddling, while those who opt for the 1.5-hour course will be offered a tour of the lagoon's flora and fauna. The surf school provides all the equipment you need, and you can enjoy the beauty of the landscape as you discover or rediscover the charm of the marine reserve.
