  • Ability to walk on uneven and icy terrain for several hours

  • It is necessary to wear warm, waterproof layers and sturdy hiking boots, even in summer

  • The use of thermal clothing during the hike is highly recommended, this includes a thermal overall, boots, gloves, woolen socks, a balaclava, and a helmet

  • At least 2 adults are required for this activity to take place
