• Only suitable for people with a moderate level of fitness

• Not suitable for people with serious medical conditions

• Not recommended for people who suffer from any back problems, or had any back operations

• Pick-up service can be arranged outside the 8-km radius, however, this needs to be paid on site with cash or card and arranged beforehand
