Join us on a scenic pirate boat trip along the coast of the Algarve, with a visit to the famous Benagil Cave. Our adventure begins as we leave the historic port of Portimão, a city known for its rich fish canning heritage. As we cruise along the Arade River, you will pass by the charming Fishermen’s village of Ferragudo and the ancient Fort of São João do Arade castle. Take in the views of the Ferragudo Lighthouse before we head out onto the open sea.
Once on the open sea, our course takes us southeast along the stunning Lagoa coastline. Here, marvel at the picturesque town of Carvoeiro and the dramatic Algar Seco rock formations. As we approach the Alfanzina Lighthouse, you will transfer onto our smaller boats to explore the mesmerizing caves and grottoes near the beaches of Carvalho, Benagil, and Marinha. These enchanting formations offer a unique experience, as you venture deep inside and admire their natural beauty.
Our pirate boat offers shade on all decks, large seating benches, space to walk around, and clean toilets, ensuring a family-friendly experience. The highlight of our trip is the magnificent Benagil Cave, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in its crystal-clear waters. As our memorable journey concludes, we head back to the port, leaving you with unforgettable memories of the Algarve’s breathtaking coastline.
