Join our boat trip from Ouranoupolis to Mount Athos & Ammouliani. As you cruise along the Southwest side of the Mount Athos Peninsula, an UNESCO World Heritage site, you'll be immersed in the unique landscape where man and nature have coexisted for centuries. Marvel at the human ingenuity that enabled the construction of the stunning monasteries, which resemble castles, and the skites, akin to small villages, all while surrounded by the untouched wilderness. The tour includes a guided view of eight distinct monasteries, such as Holy Monastery of Dochiariou, H.M. Xenophontos, and the Russian Monastery, H.M. Panteleimonos. You'll also pass the central port of Mount Athos Daphni and witness the grandeur of H.M. Saint Pavlou beneath the towering Mount Athos itself.
The adventure continues as you observe the serene New Skite and Saint Anna’s Skite, each offering a glimpse into the monastic life that has thrived here for centuries. Keep an eye out for the playful dolphins that often accompany the boat, providing a delightful show for all on board. The vessel is comfortable and equipped with essential amenities to make your journey enjoyable.
Our final destination is Banana Beach on Ammouliani Island, where you can indulge in the ultimate summer experience. Relax on a sunbed under an umbrella, listen to music, and savour authentic Greek dishes. The crystal-clear waters invite you to swim, snorkel, or simply explore the lush green and blue coast, making this a memorable end to your boat trip.
