What to Expect

Join us for a boat trip to Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin departing from Pointe-à-Pitre (Le Gosier) on our intimate boat, accommodating a maximum of 12 guests. As we set off, we pass by the ACTe Memorial and Victory Square, before entering the mangrove. This unique ecosystem offers a fascinating network of roots, and we will learn about its essential role as we navigate up the Rivière Salée.

We then continue through the turquoise lagoon, admiring the surroundings and keeping an eye out for tropical marine life. Our first swimming stop is above vibrant coral reefs and a shipwreck—make sure to bring your snorkeling gear for an underwater adventure. At Îlet La Biche, snorkel around the mangroves to meet tropical fish and sea cucumbers. Next, we head to the paradisiacal Îlet Caret for a relaxing break with a local apéritif, followed by a tasty Creole lunch on board.

In the afternoon, enjoy another stop at a pristine sandy beach where you can spot starfish in the shallow waters. After this final moment of bliss, we return to Pointe-à-Pitre with unforgettable memories of our day in Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin.

How to Get There

We meet at our boat in the marina of Pointe-à-Pitre, 30 minutes before departure. If you come by car, you will find free parking nearby.
