What to Expect

Our ski lessons for kids aged 5 to 13, open to all levels from first-timers to young experienced skiers, offer the perfect chance to learn and grow on the slopes in a safe and fun environment. Nestled in the picturesque resort of Sestriere, our lessons cater to beginners, intermediate, and advanced skiers, guided by our skilled instructors. Starting in the dedicated beginner area, children will become familiar with their ski equipment and learn the basics, including mastering their first turns. This foundation is crucial for building confidence and ensuring safety on the slopes.

As children progress to the intermediate level, they will move on to more challenging slopes, where they will learn to parallel ski and navigate steeper terrains. These skills help them gain control and improve their overall technique, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable skiing experience. Advanced skiers will refine their technique further, mastering complex manoeuvres and exploring the resort’s thrilling snowpark, which adds an element of excitement and adventure to their skiing journey.

The Sestriere ski area offers a diverse range of slopes, with features designed to challenge and develop each skier’s abilities. With a well-balanced mix of slopes, skiers can explore and practice in various conditions, making it ideal for those looking to enhance their skills.

Meeting Time

We meet at the office of our school, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson. This is important so that we can communicate you the name of your instructor and you can get your ticket.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Parents do not need a ski pass to take their kid to the meeting point.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

• Warm outdoor clothing; layers are recommended

• Gloves

• Warm socks, including an extra pair

• Ski equipment and helmet

Good to Know

• Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 3 participants

• Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• Please note that a lesson hour is considered to be 55 minutes

• It is possible to switch between different skill levels during the course if a student`s abilities improve quickly
