What to Expect

Our adult ski lessons, open to all levels from first-timers to advanced skiers, are designed to help you build confidence, improve technique, and fully enjoy your time on the slopes. As you embark on this skiing adventure, beginners will be introduced to the essentials of skiing, such as balancing on skis and executing basic turns. Mastering these skills is crucial as they form the foundation for all skiing activities. Intermediate skiers will work on refining their parallel skiing technique and tackling steeper slopes, which enhances their ability to navigate more challenging terrain with ease. Advanced participants will focus on perfecting their carving skills and increasing speed control, aiming for precision and fluidity in their movements.

Your lesson will take place at the renowned Sestriere ski resort, a picturesque location offering a diverse range of slopes suitable for all skill levels. With its beautifully maintained runs, Sestriere provides an ideal setting for skiers to hone their abilities. The resort features a variety of gentle beginner slopes for newcomers, as well as more challenging runs for those seeking to push their limits. The resort’s modern facilities ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

In groups of maximum 10 people, our experienced instructors will guide you through each stage of your skiing journey, offering personalised feedback to ensure your progress. The small group size allows for individual attention and a more tailored learning experience. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced skier, our lessons are crafted to help you achieve your skiing goals while enjoying the stunning mountain scenery that Sestriere has to offer. Meeting Time

We meet at the office of our school, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson. This is important so that we can communicate you the name of your instructor and you can get your ticket.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

• Warm outdoor clothing; layers are recommended

• Gloves

• Warm socks, including an extra pair

• Ski equipment and helmet

• Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 3 participants

• Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson

• Please make sure you have skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• The minimum age is a general recommendation and may vary depending on level and experience.

• It is possible to switch between different skill levels during the course if a participant's abilities improve quickly

• Please note that a lesson hour is considered to be 55 minutes
